Edge Case User-Specific Login Problems
In rare cases a user can wind up with multiple signatures. It's then possible that the signature the user wants to edit is not be the one that's connected via SSO. In this case one of two workarounds can be utilized:
- Someone with manager's credentials can edit the signature for the user
- The user can login outside of SSO, via direct URL, using the one-time-password option. The URL's are: https://us-east-2.manage.dynasend.net/ or https://eu-west-1.manage.dynasend.net/
